Freshers’ Wristband+ gives you pre-paid entry and transport to venues as well as queue jump privileges to a full programme of NTSU events. You can buy them online in advance and collect them at enrolment.

Visit www.trentstudents.org/wristbands for full info about the different packages available and the savings they offer. www.trentstudents.org is the only place official Wristband+ are available to buy. Numbers are limited, so don’t delay.

Refunds

If you book a place on an event but then discover you are unable to attend, refunds (minus the booking fee) are available up to four hours before the start of the trip (3 pm on Friday for weekend events). You are also entitled to a refund on your ticket if an event is cancelled. To get your refund, just go along to the Box Office, City Students’ Union, Shakespeare Street, City Campus.

If you are unable to get to this location, please e-mail info@su.ntu.ac.uk to make alternative refund arrangements.

Students who miss the deadline are not entitled to a refund, regardless of the circumstance. It may be possible for you to sell your ticket to another student by turning up at the event meeting place at the start of the trip, but we cannot guarantee this.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you arrive at the event meeting point on time, and dressed appropriately (for specific events). We are unable to offer refunds to students who arrive late and miss the trip, or who are unable to participate due to inappropriate clothing or footwear. Check the individual event listing for more information.
